Matma offers unparalleled access to the world's finest wines. We manage the sourcing and logistics so clients can simply buy from us. Some wines are available for immediate delivery from our own stock, and some are sourced through our network of producers and merchants. We’ll always let you know the expected delivery window when you place your order.
FAQs
Most of our wines are available through Marketplace, our global network of producers and merchants. These wines have a
lead time of 6-12 weeks – we’ll always let you know when you can expect your wines.
Other wines are Immediately Available. These are from our own stock, and we’ll ship to you upon payment.
Matma makes sourcing wine simple. We connect suppliers from across the world – producers and trusted merchants – with clients within the Matma site. We consolidate imports, condition-check wine and handle delivery logistics so you don’t have to. This can take between six and eight weeks, but often lead times are considerably shorter. If you need a particular wine quickly, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help.
We don’t have a minimum order value, but shipments under €500 (+VAT) carry a €35 (+VAT) surcharge to cover warehouse costs.
We don’t have a retail store – but we can offer storage in our collection from our warehouse in Bovolone, Italy. You can visit in-person by appointment.
You’ll be notified by email as soon as your wines arrive with us. We can then organise delivery to you.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and by direct bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please include your invoice number in the payment reference.
Our shipping fees are calculated per-bottle, starting from €20 within Italy ITALIA VAT exc.

We’re always happy to discuss purchasing private collections or lists from merchants, stores and restaurants. The wines
must be in excellent condition, have been properly stored, and be valuable.
