An old mill is the inspiration behind this incredible location, a meeting point for bon vivants and gourmands. Othmar Raich and his team will pamper you with their friendly yet professional service as well as with mouth-watering and seasonal dishes. The cuisine is typically South Tyrolean, with meat and vegetables sourced from nearby farmers, but can also include more refined and exotic ingredients from all over the world. The old mill now features a larger hall at the rear, boasting a stunning view over the brook which used to power the mill’s wheel. The highlight in summer is its garden where you can rest under the shadows of ancient trees. Miil’s wine menu features carefully selected wines that are not to be found anywhere else and a vast choice in champagne, too. Just a stone’s throw from the restaurant you will find the seven gardens of the Kränzelhof, a medieval country house which also includes the Miil.
