Here to master the kitchen, the former first sommelier of Italy in 1995, Agostino Buillas offers a wide range of local dishes, elaborated with contemporaneity and daring in the combinations. First quality, freshness and seasonality are the most sought-after ingredients for its cuisine. To go to dinner only in the evening, to spoil our guests in the best possible way, we find the elegant kindness of Elena and Anna Quinson, Agostino's wife and sister-in-law. A lot of hospitality is dedicated in the small courtesies to the little guests, where the House has also had a colorful booklet printed with drawings and crosswords to entertain them while they wait.
